Willow Cuttings, ‘Interior’

Interior is ideal for stabilizing wetlands and riparian areas due to its dense, fibrous roots. It’s a suckering shrub or small tree that forms thickets in sandy soils along streams, rivers, and shores.

Note: Can be invasive in some regions. Plant thoughtfully and check local guidance before introducing it beyond controlled plantings.

Willow cuttings are 9 to 10 inches long and should be inserted into soil 7-8 inches deep. Plant in spring, typically March 15 to May 15. Earlier and later plantings are possible with special consideration to water availability, and location of planting. Shipping available throughout the USA via USPS.
