Our willow rods are sustainably grown and harvested at Santa Cruz Permaculture Farm, then bundled by hand for strength, flexibility, and ease of use. Rods range in length from 1 to 6 feet, making them versatile for a wide variety of weaving projects and garden structures.

Willow is valued for its natural bendability and durability. These rods are well suited for basketry, fencing, trellising, plant supports, garden art, and small natural building projects. Color and tone vary naturally—from golden browns to deeper reds and grays—depending on variety and season.

Bundles are available in weights ranging from 10 to 50 pounds and are sold as-is. Rods are untreated and chemical-free, allowing you to soak, bend, weave, or plant them according to your needs.
